EdCamp Leadership TX is a one day EdCamp event focused on leadership. Come and learn from other educational leaders July 11th at Bellaire High School. This educator-driven and educator-led event is a wonderful opportunity for you to further your own learning by surrounding yourself with others who also want to grow as leaders in a safe and inviting atmosphere. Last year, over 1,800 leaders from the US, Canada, China and Chile participated in the first simultaneous, multi-location EdCamp event. This year EdCamp Leadership will be taking place in all 50 states. And Bellaire is proud to host this gathering of educational leaders from across all of Texas.
Upon arrival, attendees will find a session board that is empty. It is the responsibility of participants to share the ideas they wish to discuss and learn more about during the day. Each of those ideas will be coordinated in such a way that a full session board is quickly assembled. You are not expected to present. This un-conference model merely invites participants to either facilitate or engage in discussions that inspire personal learning. The principle of two feet will guide your participation throughout the day. The power of EdCamp resides in its participants.
